Appointments and Office Hours

Please call us to make an appointment. Once you make an appointment, we do request that you take your appointment time seriously, since Dr. Lish is reserving time specifically for you. We ask that if there is any reason that you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Insurance and Billing

We participate in or accept most insurance plans including but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire, Healthnet, Magnacare, Medicare, Oxford and United Healthcare. To find out for sure if we accept your plan, please call our office. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
